Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Policies

  • Rates for one or two guests per room with breakfast included
  • To accommodate a third guest check extra bed availability and add 30% on rate value.
  • The hotel confirms reservations after one of the following payment methods are registered by the Front Desk:
  1. 50% pre paid through bank transfer and 50% at check-out
  2. 100% pre paid through bank transfer with 10% discount
  3. 100% pre paid at credit card ( total amount can be divided in 3 or 5, if the final amount due is R$2.000 or higher)
  • Transfers, rentals, classes, rides, massages and any other extra service are optional and not included on the daily rates
  • Rates can change without prior notice at any given moment.
  • After payment always check cancelation policies for information regarding refund

Our reservations are confirmed only after payment

Cancellation Policies

  •  If you cancel a Reservation up to 15 days prior to check-in date and time: Receive full reimbursement (100%) of the amount paid in money refund or voucher issued for a future stay always within 90 days from cancellation.
  • If you cancel a Reservation between 14 to 5 days prior to check-in date and time: Receive partial reimbursement (50%) of the amount paid in money refund or voucher issued for a future stay always within 90 days from cancellation.
  • If you cancel a Reservation 4 days or less prior to check-in date and time: Not Refundable. No reimbursement or voucher will be issued. 

No-show Policies
Guest who do not show up at the check-in date and time without prior written notification, will be considered as no-show. Reservations will remain available for 24 hours from check-in date and time and after that the reservation will be canceled and considered Not Refundable. The room will be made available to other guets. No refunds or voucher will be issued.

Early Departures
At checking-in or duriong the stay guests may need to quit the hotel in advance for any reasons. Upon quitting the stay for whatever reason, there will be no entitlement for refund or voucher for future stays. Early departures result in total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
