For reservations canceled up to 15 days in advance of arrival, 100% of the amount already paid will be reimbursed after discounting all card and/or banking charges, or a letter of credit for the full amount can be issued for a period of 90 days from cancellation date.
For reservations canceled between 14 and 7 days in advance of arrival, 70% of the amount already paid will be reimbursed after discounting all card and/or banking charges, or a letter of credit for the full amount will be issued for a period within 90 days from cancellation date.
Reservations canceled from 6 to 4 days in advance will be charged a penalty of 50% of the price
of the package and the remainder will be included in a letter of credit , to be used within 90 days from cancellation date.
If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours in advance, no reimbursement will made either in cash or via letter of credit.
No-show:
Failure to turn up, without prior written notification, on the arrival date will be considered as no-show. Reservations will remain available for 24 hours from check-in date – for reservations confirmed using credit card/cash deposit. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (and 100% of the amount paid will be withheld) and the vacancy made available to other guests. AMOUNTS PAID WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
Quitting after entry:
Upon quitting the stay on arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as early departure for whatever reason, THERE WILL BE NO ENTITLEMENT TO REFUNDING, WHETHER IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD FOR NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in total for feiture of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
